These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Escort Mobile.

## 1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

## 1A. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority / minimum legal age for contracting for these services in your jurisdiction, if higher). If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

## 2. Service Scope

Escort Mobile provides:

- standard rides,
- parallel escort bookings,
- bodyguard-enhanced bookings,
- pay-as-you-go flows,
- long-haul relay bookings with staffing, milestones, amendments, and return settlement.

The app may also support share-ride offers and bookings.

Availability depends on provider supply, geography, verification, and platform rules.

## 3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and lawful use of the platform.

## 4. Pricing and Payments

- Fare and quote estimates may vary based on route, duration, service mode, and selected options.
- Long-haul bookings may include staged milestones, staffing components, and return-settlement obligations.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe.
- Some service flows use authorization holds (temporary reservations) and capture the final charge later based on service stage (e.g., completion, milestones, amendments).
- Unpaid obligations may result in booking restrictions or account action.

## 5. Long-Haul Contract Terms

For long-haul relay bookings:

- quote acceptance forms a contractual booking scope,
- milestones may be authorized and captured at defined stages,
- amendments may create additional approved charges,
- return-home settlement may apply per configured policy and accepted booking terms.

## 6. Safety and Conduct

Users must behave lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, fraud, or unsafe conduct can result in suspension or termination.

The service is not an emergency service. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.

## 7. Provider Verification and Availability

Provider verification status affects assignment eligibility. Platform dispatch decisions may enforce compliance, staffing, and safety constraints.

## 8. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund decisions are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Escort Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

## 10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Escort Mobile against claims arising from your unlawful use, violations of these Terms, or abuse of the platform.

## 11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

## 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
