Escort Mobile ("we", "us", "our") provides ride, security escort, and long-haul relay booking services (including bodyguard-enhanced bookings and share-ride offers). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

- Account data: name, email, phone number, hashed password.
- Profile data: address, avatar, and role (client, driver, admin).
- Driver verification data: license, registration, insurance, background and safety documents, security certifications, and related verification statuses.
- Ride and booking data: pickup/dropoff locations, route preferences, meeting points, ride type, bodyguard options, long-haul staffing and milestones.
- Payment data: payment intent references, payment status, amount and currency. Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Device/usage data: app diagnostics, feature usage, and security logs required for fraud prevention and service integrity.
- Communications: support messages and operational notifications.
Additional notes:
- Location search history and some preferences may be stored locally on your device.
- In-app messages and real-time trip status/location updates may be processed through Firebase services.
- Address search, autocomplete, and geocoding may be processed by mapping providers (e.g., Google Maps/Places/Geocoding APIs).
## 2. How We Use Information
- Create and secure accounts.
- Match clients with drivers/bodyguards.
- Process rides, long-haul contracts, milestones, amendments, and return settlements.
- Process payments, holds, captures, refunds, and dispute handling.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unsafe activity.
- Operate verification, compliance, and admin audit workflows.
- Improve reliability, availability, and product quality.
We may also use data to:
- communicate with you about bookings, account status, and safety alerts,
- enforce platform rules and prevent fraud/abuse,

## 3. Location and Trip Data
Location data is used to:
- estimate fares and routes,
- dispatch providers,
- support meeting-point and trip status features,
- generate long-haul itineraries and compliance planning.
Location sharing is most relevant during active trips. Some service functions may be limited if location permissions are disabled.

We do not sell personal information.
Where US state privacy laws apply, we do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable law.
Key vendors used in the app include Stripe (payments and identity verification), Firebase (real-time database and messaging), and mapping providers (e.g., Google).
Vendor lists can change over time; we use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service.
## 6. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process personal information in countries other than where you live. When transfers are required, we use appropriate safeguards where required by law (e.g., contractual protections and security measures).
